Tuition

Tuition payments to White Mountain Schoolhouse (WMS) will be made 4 times a year in the amount of $1,600 (plus a 2.5% processing fee of $40 if you will be using ClassWallet/ESA Funds...see below) for grades 1-4. 

The deadlines for each payment are as follows:

• Payment 1 + $100 yearly supply fee: July 31st

• Payment 2: October 31st

• Payment 3: January 31st

• Payment 4: April 30th

Failure to pay by the deadline without prior approval from WMS will result in immediate removal from the program. You will receive an invoice from WMS 1 month before the payment due date. Upon payment, WMS will issue a receipt for your records.

Tuition is 100% covered by the Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) since White Mountain Schoolhouse is an ESA-approved vendor, if you so choose to use it. Click here to get more information on the ESA.

ESA payments are dispersed 4 times a year by the Arizona Dept. of Education, once each quarter. The ESA quarters are as follows:

• July 1 - September 30

• October 1 - December 31

• January 1 - March 31

• April 1 - June 30

Payments will be deposited by the Arizona Department of Education and made to WMS through the website ClassWallet, which is the ESA Program's payment platform (click here to read more information on ClassWallet and how to make a payment or click here to watch a video on how to make payments). When making a payment, search for White Mountain Schoolhouse and upload your invoice.

NOTE: It typically takes approximately 3 weeks after signing the ESA contract to process your student's account. You will need to fill out the ESA application as soon as you unenroll your child from their public school after the last day on May 21st (if applicable) in order to receive your funds between July 15-July 31 (the first disbursement of funds from AZDE). Once you sign the contract, you MUST have unenrolled your student from their public school or it will void your contract.
